We’re an open door for our customers… always!

Nobody likes rejection.

Rejection heaped upon embarrassment is truly spirit-crushing.

So when someone going through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is told “Come back when your bankruptcy is discharged,” you can pretty much just kiss that business goodbye.

The auto industry is built upon referrals and service – more so than probably any other business on the planet. Auto dealerships may never get over the stigma or stereotypes of being a “used car salesman,” (a term which, in and of itself, is commonly used as an insult) and turning customers away for any reason closes the door to earning business. After all, as the old saying goes – a happy customer will tell four friends about their experience, but an unhappy customer will tell ten.

That’s why we strive so hard to be an open door for customers.

While we’re certainly proud of our abilities and the countless clients we’ve helped secure the right car, not many people know or understand how we’re able to do it.

For one thing, we work with the smartest lenders around. We’re comfortable elevating our lenders above the average auto lender because our lenders know that, historically, clients going through Chapter 7 make good on their auto loans after lowering their debts. Simply put, we know that your past debts are just that – in the past – and while others balk at any bankruptcy, we know you’re a low-risk borrower.

Once we’ve laid your lending fears to rest, that’s when the fun begins. With a little bit of personal information, we’ll know within hours (at worst, by the next business day) just how much we can help our clients, and what to start looking for. With most lenders (who don’t know how safe a Chapter 7 client is), you’re lucky to get whatever they’re willing to give; but with us? We only work with pre-owned vehicles from 2009 or newer – so no worrying about getting stuck in a vehicle that’s old enough to have graduated college. And we start our search by looking for exactly the car you want; not something “like” it, or something “close to it,” we find what you tell us to go find.

Since our portfolio of lenders stretches from coast to coast, so, too, does our inventory search. We’ll set an upper-limit of cars to find, and once we hit that number we will email you a comprehensive list of cars and photos, specs, and even CarFax reports. No hassle, no annoying phone calls, no spam – just a list of the car you wanted at the price you wanted.

Pick your favorite (or three), and just to make sure it’s exactly right, we’ll spring for a third-party inspection and any services it might need, just to make sure it’s ready for you to ride off into the sunset. Then it’s washed and delivered to your home on your schedule – typically within a week or less. Just sign a few papers, and your on your way.
